2000 Ford F150 Door Locks Not Working

The power door locks dont work at all i have to use my key.

The automatic door locks do not work. Most likely the door lock actuators have failed this is not uncommon for both to fail at the same time. Ford f150 lariat door lock problem. Power door lock repair i just did this repair on my 2001 f350 powerstroke 7 3l dually 4 door.

Checked the batteries in the key fobs checked the fuses checked the car battery. The lock actuators are not hard to replace they are inside the door. The electric part of the locks do not work. When pushing either left or right door button there is a click in t read more.

This is due to the battery dieing. I am buying a 2000 ford f150 4x4 with electric locks. This happens with both doors and both buttons. Is that the most logical thing or is there something else i can try first.

I bet the noise kind of sounds like a humming grinding noise in the doors as you watch the door lock just vibrate. The door panel will need to be removed. They do not respond to the remote. Step 1 change out the battery on the keyless entry remote control if the car is not responding to the buttons you press. Its a real hassel. Please email me with where you bought these parts and if this really works.

Read that it might be an actuator problem not sure i can fix this.
